It’s hard to discern how issues are prioritized and decisions made at the provincial level in response to COVID19. The only real coherence points to pettiness and callous disregard for the needs of vulnerable people.

I would almost rather know that @fordnationdougford is relying on a Magic 8 Ball or communing à la Mackenzie King. That would be less cruel.
