Breaking the rules is one way to push for change, but not all retailers are poised to fight $$$ legal battles. To ensure an even playing field, there should be clarity about enforcement.

I am absolutely NOT calling for more enforcement. Rather, the federal government should loosen up to allow for standard marketing tactics. Cannabis is just a plant.
